In the beating heart of the Quadrilatero di Genova, in via XXII Ottobre, Broadside is born, a restaurant arranged over three floors where the love for design, haute cuisine and wine reigns.

Each dish at Broadside is born first of all with an in-depth brainstorming between the sushi chefs, the sommeliers and the dining room. Each of us brings his own experience, tastes and sensations. Also our dishes are a marriage between Japanese haute cuisine and typically Italian raw materials, with a strong root anchored in the Ligurian territory.

If we could describe Broadside as an abstract place, it would be a stage where cuisine, design, storytelling and winemaking aim to amaze the spectator/guest. All in an atmosphere that fully represents us.

Rio Samba Churrascaria in Genoa was born from the love of a young couple for Brazilian culture, and from Rio Samba Churrascaria it aspires to become one of the most important Genoese realities and beyond, it wants to be a prominent point for social and convivial social events.
The secret of this elegant bar-restaurant lies in taking care of every aspect of the restaurant. First of all the collaboration with the best Churrasqueiros, specialists in the selection and cutting of the best meats, who take care of the marinating and cooking with the traditional Rodizio method, the spit, giving the meat that slightly smoky aroma and an incomparable flavour. The Churrasqueiros accompany the tasting by serving directly from the spit on the guests’ plates, with skill, mastery and incomparable courtesy, always appreciated by our customers.
